Ranch Armor Shipping Policy

At Ranch Armor, we take great care in packaging and shipping your products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect and verify the condition of all items prior to signing for or accepting delivery.

Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery

  • All Ranch Armor products are shipped freight or parcel, depending on size and weight.

  • Upon delivery, you must inspect the shipment thoroughly for any visible or concealed damage before signing any delivery receipt or bill of lading.

  • If damage is discovered, you must note all issues clearly on the delivery receipt and take photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Do not sign for or accept any visibly damaged shipment without proper notation or carrier acknowledgment.

Liability

  • Once you sign for the shipment without any damage notation, you are acknowledging that the items were received in acceptable condition.

  • Ranch Armor is not liable for any damage or loss reported after a clean delivery receipt has been signed.

  • Any claims for concealed damage must be submitted to the freight carrier directly and are the customer’s responsibility.

Freight Claims

  • In the event of freight damage that is properly noted at time of delivery, Ranch Armor will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but the customer is responsible for initiating the process and retaining all necessary documentation.

  • We strongly recommend taking photographs of all sides of the packaging before and after opening the shipment for your records.

Refused Shipments

  • If a shipment is refused due to damage, please contact Ranch Armor immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

By placing an order with Ranch Armor, you agree to this Shipping Policy and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to inspect and accept freight or parcel shipments appropriately.
